JESSICA EQUIPS YOU TO PLAY OFFENSE TO UPGRADE YOUR MENTAL CAPITAL
As a Mental Strength Training and Master Visualization Coach for sport and life, Jessica focuses on playing offense for wins and well-being rather than waiting for dysfunction to occur. After relocating to North Carolina, she was invited by Duke Head Football Coach Manny Diaz to reinforce the team’s mental performance strategy. Duke captured its first ACC Championship title since 1962 with its 2025 victory! She also taught Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) at Duke Integrative Medicine Center Health & Well-being Programs.
Jessica is the Founder of Be YOU Bloom® LLC. She trains the minds of fast-moving professionals, where 90% of the game is mental, and so gaining the tools to master the mental is essential. She also works with individuals and teams in high-stakes, high-pressure careers where the cumulative demands of the role can lead to burnout, hypervigilance, chronic stress, lack of fulfillment, and difficulty separating personal identity from the job, across law enforcement, sports, entertainment, and the medical field.
To lift audiences out of complacency is Jessica’s driving force. Every human is equipped with what it takes to create the life they desire, but first, you have to Make Your MindRIGHT™ - a conscious shift towards a productive mental state to achieve success, manage emotions, and fuel growth. The challenge is feeling stuck or stagnant in limiting patterns, or spending years playing an edited version of the self, and this often stems from the B.S. (belief system). So how do we fix it?
The answer lies in training the unconscious, the part of the mind that impacts over 90% of results! Jessica skillfully combines the fields of positive psychology, "the scientific study of human flourishing," with practical mental conditioning techniques to upgrade the “mental software.” Her work empowers individuals to think bigger, pursue bold goals, and take actions they once believed were beyond their reach—creating a life and career that feels deeply fulfilling.
At just 16 years old, she became the first teen criminal clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office. She launched her professional career in media and business development in New York City, working with companies such as McCann-Erickson and Gruner & Jahr before moving to California. She was recruited to enter the medical profession based on her business development experience and eventually became a director for multi-specialty practices that also served professional athletes internationally. During her time in Los Angeles, Jessica became a professional actor, worked alongside Vin Diesel and Zoe Saldana, and appeared on TV shows including General Hospital and All My Children. She continues to work with performers on the mental component of their craft.
Jessica is a Keynote Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, and Retreat Host featuring the science and application of visualization, grounding, EFT Tapping for energetic health, imagery journaling, heart coherence, neuroaesthetics, sleep talks, and more.
Keynotes
-
Your unconscious mind has a powerful influence over your thoughts, behaviors, and results. It stores your beliefs, habits, and patterns—and whether you realize it or not, it is either working for you or against you.
Many people are unaware of the unconscious patterns that keep them feeling stuck, stagnant, or limited. In this engaging and interactive keynote, Jessica teaches audiences how to train the unconscious mind through its native language: visualization—the primary tool she uses when working with Olympic and professional athletes.
Participants will learn how to use visualization to desensitize themselves to failure, perform under pressure and in changing environments, improve focus and concentration, and mentally rehearse success before a goal or mission is achieved.
Audiences will discover the most effective times to visualize, the proven steps for creating impactful visualizations, and how to hack the brain's default patterns to accelerate learning, enhance performance, and achieve optimal human potential. As the brain begins to hardwire these mental circuits, it strengthens the neural circuits of: "I am. I can. I will!"
By the end of this keynote, participants will understand how to prime their minds to create the conditions necessary to achieve their goals, unlock higher levels of performance, and enhance their overall well-being.
Each keynote is customized to align with your organization's priorities, goals, and opportunities for growth, ensuring the content is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.

What if we changed the way we think about mental health and started approaching it as mental strength training?
Yes, your brain is an organ, but it also needs to be exercised like a muscle to become robust, adaptable, and resilient. Why wait until dysfunction or a major life event forces you to play defense while in a highly charged emotional state?
Your brain automates the signaling you consistently feed it. Most of the time, you're not consciously aware of what you're reinforcing. Instead, your thinking is often shaped by a natural negativity bias rather than a positivity bias. What if you could hack your brain's preference for patterning and flip it to your advantage? Discover fun, disruptive ways to train your brain to find the upside, bounce back from setbacks, move through discomfort, disarm the fight-or-flight troops, jump into the unknown, and bend without breaking!

Take a deeper dive into two of the secret weapons used by Olympic and elite athletes — visualization and EFT tapping — to build confidence, regulate emotions, and condition the mind and body for peak performance. But visualization is not only about rehearsing success. What if you also trained for the “what ifs” — mentally preparing for setbacks, pressure, mistakes, and the need to pivot in real time?
A critical component of success is failure, yet most people are conditioned to fear it. Explore how to rewire the negative association with losing and instead use failure as a tool for growth, adaptability, and resilience. Imagine if you could become excited about failure because you understood it was expanding your capacity to succeed. How would your willingness to take risks, perform under pressure, and pursue bigger goals change?
When you intentionally train both the mind and body for wins and losses, your ability to perform with confidence dramatically increases. Play it out in the mind, and the unconscious will show up in the body come game time.

Leading with heart isn't just a feeling—it's a scientifically supported competitive advantage that can transform your leadership, relationships, and organizational culture.
Research from the HeartMath Institute shows that the heart generates an electromagnetic field up to 100 times stronger electrically and up to 60 times greater in amplitude magnetically than the brain. This field extends approximately three feet beyond the body in every direction, allowing us to positively influence those around us.
Imagine becoming a calming, stabilizing presence that transforms chaos into clarity, stress into balance, and uncertainty into connection. How could you use this superpower with your colleagues and clients? You'll also increase your ability to pick up on how others are feeling without absorbing their stress so that the external does not influence you, but you influence your environment!
In this engaging keynote, Jessica shares how to activate heart coherence in as little as three minutes, with benefits that can last for hours. Participants will discover how this simple practice can support cardiovascular health, healthy blood pressure, emotional regulation, resilience, improved mood, greater access to intuition, and stronger team cohesion.
When we intentionally practice care, compassion, appreciation, and gratitude toward others, we don't just strengthen coherence in them—we create measurable physiological and biological benefits within ourselves. Whether preparing for an important meeting, navigating change, or facilitating a brainstorming session, you'll learn how to create a coherent state where the heart and brain operate in harmony. This optimal state enhances learning with ease, creativity, problem-solving, innovative thinking, and the ability to generate new pathways.
Jessica will customize this keynote with relevant examples and practical applications tailored to your organization's goals, culture, and current challenges.

The ability to create stability and predictability—in the face of uncertain times—depends on the agility of your mind.
Mental stamina is essential for developing effective strategies, pivoting quickly, seeing through a broader lens, making clear decisions under pressure, and creating new revenue streams. But before any of that can happen, your brain must learn to embrace uncertainty, move with discomfort, and seek hidden opportunities.
In this highly interactive keynote, Jessica teaches audiences how to train their brains to default to the resilient traits that strengthen both mental resilience and revenue resilience. Participants will reconnect with their best selves during life's most challenging moments, reawakening the growth, lessons learned, and resilient traits that may have been lying dormant.
Along the way, they'll discover how brain training doesn't have to feel like work. Jessica shares fun, practical techniques that can be practiced during everyday moments—whether you're grocery shopping or even on a date with your significant other. Expect plenty of laughs as participants learn how to strengthen their minds in ways that are engaging, memorable, and surprisingly effective.
Participants will explore how to become their own first responder during moments of uncertainty—establishing stability and moving variables into predicables. The keynote concludes with an impactful audience exercise that challenges comfort zones, helping even the biggest introverts take a courageous step by confronting the #1 fear: public speaking.
Whether it's taking calculated risks, embracing failure as data to be greater, or breaking through the limits of comfort, this keynote inspires audiences to break patterns daily so they can thrive—not just survive—through uncertainty.
Jessica customizes this keynote to address your organization's specific priorities and areas of opportunity.

Sometimes life brings us to a moment that strips everything away — leaving us scared, vulnerable, disoriented, and forever changed. For Jessica, that moment came when she moved into a palliative care facility with her mother during the final stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Through intimate storytelling and powerful imagery, Jessica shares her eight-month journey inside Calvary and what it meant to live alongside the dying every day. Jessica and her mother, Teresa, became a steady source of comfort and connection for other patients and families facing the same reality. She even pushed the dessert and liquor cart for patients who simply wanted to savor a little joy. What emerged was a deeply human experience shaped by love, grief, exhaustion, humor and laughter, profound heartbreak, and unforgettable connection. Explore how the human spirit endures, how the smallest of gestures can hold extraordinary significance, and why — despite the hardship — the families who walked through that season together would choose to do it all over again.
